Beetroot and carrot juice makes for a great detoxifier due to the presence of betaine in beets that helps support healthy liver function. Carrot juice helps excrete toxins from the body effectively. This juice helps improve blood flow as beets are considered to be a nitrate food.

Ingredients :
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Beet
- 1/4 tablespoon Cumin Powder
- Pinch of Black salt as per taste
- 1/4 tablespoon Black Pepper
Recipe:
- Wash the the carrot and beet the chop them into the smaller piece
- Add the chopped carrot and beet into the blender
- Add the Black Salt, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper to the blender add 1 1/2 cup water
- blend it for 2-3 min
- then strain the juice into the juice glass
